A full awakened rank 5 S will almost always be stronger than an full awk rank 5 A, but 99% of people dont have highly awakened S and have to choose carefully which they will rank to 5. Why? Because it’s what most people experience. Keep in mind those mid tier S units (ingame S, not my list) are to be considered closer to rank 4 (lv90) than 5 (lv100).
